Q: Will you ship the part to anywhere in the world?

We currently only ship to the continental 48 states, which means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

Q: What's your return policy and how do I return a part?

Please help us by visiting the Return Page to fill out your return form and to obtain an RMA.

  • We warranty our parts for 60 days from the purchase date. Parts must be in new, salable condition. We reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.
  • We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Used parts do not qualify for a refund.

Q: What is an Aftermarket Part?

Aftermarket parts are direct replacement for the original part but not made by the manufacturer of the vehicle. Aftermarket parts will fit and function the exact same way the original part installs and performs.

Q: What do L and R or LH and RH stand for?

L and R or LH and RH stand for Left Hand and Right Hand. The left and right sides on a vehicle are determined as though you were sitting in the driver's seat. The left is the driver's side, and the right is the passenger's side.

Q: I need a part for my car that you don't have listed. Can I special order one?

Everything we offer is listed for sale on our website and we do not accept special orders for parts we do not carry. We are constantly expanding our inventory so please check back soon if you are currently unable to locate a specific part.

Q: I live in the area of one of your warehouses. Can I come and pick up parts there?

We do not have a shop-able retail store, so we do not offer customer pickup. All of our parts are shipped, and shipped for free!

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on what you ordered, where you live, and how fast you want it to arrive.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically take between 1 - 7 days to arrive after payment is received. They are all shipped from the closest warehouse that has the part available. We automatically send tracking information to your associated email address.

Q: Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Sorry we do not.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer any expedited shipping. However we process orders rather quickly within 1-2 business days from when order is placed and payment has cleared account.

Q: Can you match one of your competitor's prices?

We do not currently offer any form of price matching. We offer quality certified parts for the lowest prices in the industry.

Q: Can I pay with a check, money order, or cash?

We accept payment through PayPal or any major Credit Cards.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to someone else?

We can only ship to your confirmed address in PayPal or your billing address if you pay with a credit card.
